Rooms: No heatpump Heater unit was extremely weak and barely kept room warm Room feels very old Could be me but feels like there is some kind of weird odour Terribly slow wifi (can't stream 720p youtube or netflix) One of the power socket on the wall was broken, the service was very good, lady found a power board for me to use instead

Very over priced. On a positive note conveniently located for Christchurch arena however room was very dated and dirty. As soon as we walked in the musty smell was strong and the room had not been cleaned. There were multiple large cobwebs all in the bathroom, grime on the sink, stains all on the carpet, everything had thick dust etc. Was advertised as 2 tvs but there was only one in lounge, no sky TV as advertised, and room with very limited equipment. Had we arrived earlier with enough time would of left and stayed elsewhere.
