    Disappointing with customer communication and process times of claims. It's a constant chasing and calling to get a claim sorted with nothing of my fault. Even if you are an organised and switched on customer, you have to ask all the right questions to get told the process. If you ring up again, you find out more or that the previous process was not correct. Please train your people on your policies and otherwise how do they know? There is no proactive communication. It takes weeks and worrye/stress to get anything sorted.
