Beware of this company, we mentioned to them from the beginning that we require finance to go ahead the deal, but after numerous quote from the company (bank need the final quote), they push to sign a contract which I'm stupid enough to trust them, thought that just a free quote paperwork for bank, end up I'm losing tribunal and pay thousands, lesson learned!! Until you get the final quote (after measurement), they changed the quote, so do not believe the first quote, and DO NOT sign the contract until you 100% confirm , they will keep pushing etc...be careful!!

Edit to add as I forgot with the hectic season of Christmas and new year. At the beginning of December 2022. I received a call as a follow up to my online review. I got to voice all my concerns and was told they will mention it at the next meeting to address the issues and change the way for future clients. I was asked if I could change my review to a more positive one in exchange for a Christmas ham for the trouble and reassured that even if i dont change the review i will still get the ham. So here is my updated positive review the ham was delicious thank you. All sales reps are fantastic especially Fordy and most on-site workers are great but still doesn't change my review of phone calls to the office and trouble I had to get things fixed and in working order. Original review below DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! It has been an absolute nightmare to use this company! Had them install double glazing as well as a new roof for the conservatory. When things went wrong and the new roof leaked and windows not in working order etc they just blame the subcontractors. I was told by the owners partner they no longer use subcontractors due to the poor quality of work they were doing, which is lie because i have had multiple subcontractors come back and fix things. Kelly is rude when dealing with her on the phone no customer service skills at all. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY OR RECOMMEND THEM
