I wish I could rate higher than 5 star!!!! Absolutely outstanding customer service, my husband and I are going through an extremely difficult time and Tracy and Joachim have completely exceeded our expectations in making precious pieces of jewellery for us to keep close to our hearts. Tracy was brilliant throughout this journey, keeping us updated and answering all my questions in such a timely manner. She was extremely caring and they went the extra mile to ensure we were looked after and kept informed on eta. They necklace is stunning and and feels super solid. Im completely blown away!! the packaging and photos just added to the experience and makes it so special. Thank you for giving me something to keep my baby close to my heart and Im so glad I put my trust in you to send you something so precious to seal inside the necklace. We cannot wait until next week when we receive my husbands cross necklace!!! Will recommend you to everyone we know, thank you for being so caring and kind.
