        I had 3 rings appraised by these guys, sadly all of their valuations came back undervaluing my rings. When questioned their was no apology and I was informed it was my fault for not supplying the paper work (which I was not asked to provide) and that I would have to pay extra to have the valuations corrected. Examples below: Ring one: diamond solitaire, graded by these guys as a J/K when it is a G as shown by the diamond high council paperwork. This ring was undervalued by $3K Ring 2: wedding band made of palladium, valuation stated it was white gold. When questioned I was informed that their equipment does not test for palladium and it needed to be sent to Auckland, which was done and confirmed palladium. Ring 3: valuation diamonds G-H , when brought they were graded as F/G, this ring is having a second valuation done (at a further cost to myself) as I don't trust these guys and the original jeweller also disagrees with their valuation.
