I dont usually post a negative review, but in this case I feel I must. While they were able to fix my phone (a simple reguling of where the 2 parts of my phone had come part) the customer service side of my experience left me feeling a bit ordinary to be fair. From being accused of having my phone repaired previously by someone else (which is absolute BS; I've had my phone for 5 years from new and it's never missed a beat) through to being spoken to in a rude, dismissive manner. This chap who served me needed some lessons in manners, how to smile, and how to show courteously the public. I would not use their services again.

Ok for easy screen replacement but wouldn't go for anything else to be honest. All the above reviews paint a accurate reflection of customer service and repair quality. It's a shame as it's super convenient with being local for me and I've been a bunch of times but I won't go for anything other than a screen protector replacement in the future.

I hardly put reviews online but this dude compelled me to write one. Extremely rude over the phone. Someone rightly wrote of not even putting a star for review. Poor communication. This standard of service Will hardly retain any customers.

The so call person who manages this shop is the most ignorant person I've met in along time no wonder there's never anybody in the shop doesn't deserve one star
