In particular, the rooms are now looking very tired and clearly only have a minimal amount of cleaning.
Room servicing, while it is meant to be done daily, seems to be very variable and can not be relied on.
Possibly the worst aspect of this accommodation is the aragant and nasty attitude of the new owners, certainly do not try and complain!

Crying out for refurbishment, with paint cracked in window frames, and curtaining/blinds well past use by date.
Not a 4 star hotel. A 3 star motel.
Noisy by main road.
Neighbours running loud mini-quad bikes till 845PM!
