        Would be fine for an easy relocation. Damaged our property saying because the access was difficult it was at our own risk. Ripping mattress was just on a open staircase edge, easily avoidable if had protected mattress or edge. Other was understandable as tricky getting out of a window but just rushing and didn't protect edges. Clearly unhappy about job (had noted difficult access and stated looked at google maps) but proceeded (?could have rebooked if concerned about time required), didn't want to complete just left some boxes, some paper, and charged $45 additional for them. $275/hr which was fine but could have fitted more in truck if more efficient.

        Very very helpful and flexible with day of pickup and drop off. Excellent storage at very good rates. Everything packed, picked up, stored, transported to another town and unpacked with not one scratch, nothing missing and nothing broken. Fabulous service .. my second time using them and still excellent.
