I needed a new screw for my glasses because one of them fell out. It was during social distancing and masks. The lady said she could fix it for $5 which was nice of her, but I got the feeling this was not worth it to her when she asked me later "are you one of our customers?" I was paying her to perform a service so "yes" I replied, I was a customer. Anyway, I never went back because of how uncomfortable that made me feel.
