        They overcharged for their time spent on the job and came with all sorts of stories why they did or not even bother to answer my other repeated queries regarding the bill via e-mail. They obviously have not of heard of customer service!.To make matters worse the problem has not been fixed! I will find another plumber who is more upfront than these guys!
