Bowenz- Therapy for Balance

I suffered from back pain for years. I had tried physiotherapy and other various treatments but it wasn't until I found Bowenz that I started to notice a difference. I recommend anyone suffering from muscle pain to give Bowen therapy a try as it has truly worked for me.

If you want to be shortchanged go to this guy!!! I've never been told halfway through an appointment that he had gone as far as he was prepared to at a treatment before. Mark never fully addressed the problem I presented with and finished precisely on the hour. There was no mention of follow up appointments nor any instructions as to what to do or what not to do. I cannot give any higher accolade to this. Tom Bowen would turn in his grave

Mark has been treating our family now for 10 years plus and predominately Richard who has monthly maintenance treatment for his Parkinson`s Disease. Richard needs to get his body reset regularly which helps keep his mood happy and positive, able to focus and concentrate, sleep and relax better, healthier posture and balance. We all as a family notice the remarkable difference it has to his positive wellbeing. Mark is our go to for all ailments within the family and without question we always have positive outcomes. In the past, bedwetting, achilles tendon, carpel tunnel, muscle cramp/knots, migraines, anxiety, back ache, menopause/hormone regulation, a multitude of things. I think his wealth of experience and unassuming non judgmental approach paves the way for anyone any age to be confident in his care knowing that Mark wishes to give you the best outcome for your health and well being. Totally recommend.

I have visited Mark for Bowen and kinesiology many times, also my wife and young son who was only 12 months at the time have received treatments. At first I didn't know what to expect from Bowen, however Mark took the time to explain everything and made me feel totally at ease, I have now received about 12-15 sessions, not for any particular illness, more for well being and smaller complaints, Bowen with Mark is ALWAYS my go-to therapy. I have NEVER felt rushed with Mark, in fact often we have spent half an hour talking about men's health and well being after the session if he hasn't had another person waiting. I am about to book a session right now for this Saturday and can't wait for a bit of relaxation

I first met Mark 6 years ago, and was initially sceptical about Bowen Therapy. I had 3 treatments on my ankle, which I had chronic pain for several years, but with 3 treatments the pain was gone. I was amazed how well Bowen helped me so dramatically, and have since been to Mark on several occasions for fine-tuning. I've recommended several friends and family since. Thank you Mark for your skills, passion, and caring and helpful recommendations.
