This may be a great cattery for your cat, but the lady that greeted us needs to brush up on her PR skills. All I wanted to do was talk to her about her set up and have a look at the cattery from a distance (of course) before making any "future bookings", but instead I was greeted with a hostile reception. The cattery roadside bubble was out, her roadside signage was also out and the gate was open. Nowhere did I see any signage that indicated an appointment was necessary first for a visit and that she was closed. If there was, maybe it needed to be bigger?? We hovered around the area where the signage pointed cattery and kept away from her private residence, only to be made to feel like trespassers. She snapped at me by telling me she was closed and the gate should be shut. And then proceeded to also snap at me that she had no bookings available for our timeframe and as you can see we are only a small business. There are ways to talk to people and that was not it. I guess we are not going there in the future. Way to lose out on future business.....
