T&J Builders LTD

We are so happy we decided to go with T&J builders to build our home. Right from the start, the meetings planning, quoting and talking about how it was all going to work was enjoyable. Jarrod was very easy to communicate with and provided updates as needed. The build process was seamless. Tom and Jarrod have an incredible attention to detail and worked well with their tradesmen that completed plumbing etc. We are in a new sub division and hearing the horror stories from neighbours and what they went through with bigger building companies is very sad. The team at T&J helped us convert the attic space over our garage into a home office/kids TV room, including installing stairs, boarding the loft, creating bespoke storage in the eaves, arranging the installation of skylights, and generally taking the lead in making the space as awesome as possible. They were great to deal with, always arrived early and all communications were fantastic. I would definitely use them again, and in fact are having them back to install a Remu mantle-place and a Victorian iron fireplace in the next few weeks. We have been working closely with Tom & Jarrod over the last 2 years as there electrical contractor. They take a lot of pride in there building work and have been producing some top quality housing. Both Tom & Jarrod have a wide variety of knowledge not only in building but other trades making the build process smooth and easy for there subcontractors and clients. People always say that building is one of the most stressful things you can do in life. When building with T and J builders, this saying could not be anymore wrong. Right from the get-go you are dealing with the owners and operates of the business who care about your dream home just as much as you do. In the current housing market buying a house can cost an arm and a leg and still not be exactly what you want! This makes building, especially with Tom and Jarrod a smart and affordable option. When they say they offer a fixed price, they mean it. From getting the initial quote to our home being complete there was no hidden cost. You also have the freedom to visit the house and go inside anytime from start to finish. Their communication cannot be faulted. Could no recommend these guys highly enough for all building needs.
