Mum just moved into a beautiful renovated townhouse. Wonderful gardens. Terrific people who helped us with every step to make Mums transition to her new seaside home. Thank you Sharryn, Scott and team for all your support and kindness. Mum is so happy and settled.

My Mum spent her last days at Edith Cavell and we were so grateful for the staff's kindness and care. Dad is now in a studio unit, it's a beautiful room, cosy and comfortable, and he has been enjoying all of the activities, good company and great food! We found the process of buying the unit was easy, with plenty of help from Sharryn in understanding about how things work within the setting of a retirement home. The staff are great, always friendly and welcoming, we've appreciated Maria, Rose and Scott, who are all very helpful. The grounds are beautiful, with gorgeous big trees, lovely flower gardens, as well as the views to the hills - and a short walk to the beach.

Our beloved dad (Dale) lived at Edith Cavell for 9 months, and from the initial visits to purchasing a studio with the help from Sharryn Pidgeon, we found the experience very positive at a challenging time. She was compassionate, professional and a great communicator, right through to selling the studio on dads passing. Dad very much enjoyed his time at Edith Cavell and was happy here, he was free to have his own garden area with his prized bonsai pot plants. The staff were so good to him and supportive of his family and friends too. Scott, Maria, Rose, Bill to name a few and all the other wonderful staff members made Edith Cavell a family of sorts to dad with a lovely community feel and high level of care. Thank you to you all. Sarita and family.

This an attractive, beautifully-maintained village with nice rooms. The entire team is friendly, caring and professional and continue to go out of their way to make sure that my father is safe, well and happy - this is invaluable to me because I don't live in the same city and can only visit occasionally.

As a staff's point of view. I have worked in this place for quite some time already. I have cherished every moments I have with my residents. I loved and cared for them as my own family. Even though how much I loved working this place, its quite frustating sometimes that you are takin for granted by your manager. We are always under staffed. I know we need the supporting papers from them to for our Visa but we felt like we have been taken advantage. Im posting this in behalf of all the lovely staff of Edith Cavell. It wasn't like this before. Every one is doing their hardest part with their job but hopefully the manager can see it and please be good with your staff. Appreciate the people who are working hard to keep the company going, do something before its too late.
