Kirsten is so knowledgeable about the body - her neurokinetic therapy is a must if you are suffering from chronic pain. I have seen many therapists to fix an old shoulder injury and no one has had the most effect on reducing pain and discomfort, as I have experienced with Kirsten in such a short amount of time. I'd highly recommend the investment to work with her!

I absolutely recommend Koru. A nagging shoulder pain lead me to seek help from Kirsten at Koru Therapies where I experienced dry needling for the first time . Kirsten made me feel very welcome right from the start , really listened to me and then explained everything about the dry needling in great detail which took away my queasiness and made me feel totally at ease. The procedure itself provided some immediate relief to my shoulder , which was nearly instant and a fantastic outcome . It felt as if Kirsten could read my body better than I can . I know where to go now for any future niggles ! Thank you very much for your help Kirsten !

Kirsten diligently applied neurokinetic principles to assist me in my management and recovery from chronic pain. Having followed Neurokinetic Therapy online for some time, I was eager to see if it could help me given the apparent successful results with chronic / overuse type injuries I have been plagued by. In my case 'there was a lot going on'. Not only did Kirsten assist me with a current injury, but systematically identified and treated a number of past injuries which remained underlying. I was very impressed with Kirsten's approach and the results I achieved with her treatment and homework exercises. I would highly recommend seeing Kirsten, especially if you have any persistent niggles or chronic pain

Regular remedial massages with Kirsten has been a game changer. After two weeks of unexplained headaches, she sorted me out with a single massage, and not a headache since. Shes helped alleviate back discomfort from heavy lifting. She is excellent at what she does.
