        Worst experience ever! Make sure you receive a written quote before confirming a repair, otherwise you might be unpleasantly surprised!! We received a verbal quote of a MAX of 350 NZD and received a bill, without any warning at all, of 1,100 NZD!! Very questionable practice; NEVER AGAIN!

        Coffee machine might need a clean very bitter or perhaps some training. Also brought a muffin was old, stale and dry. Other than that it was clean and the staff were pleasant.

        A mechanic at the garage here told me to "go somewhere else" after I had asked him what I should do about an issue with my car getting a wof. Totally unprofessional and rude. Only coming back to this BP to use its facilities.
