Unlike other libraries, it isn't possible to study or read here. Staff talk loudly and it's hugely disruptive.

This library is my local but until yesterday I had not read the various notices placed in various locations. The friend I was with encouraged me to read some of them and I was surprised at how many I was interested in. A free booklet "Where from here, essential information for over people " was particularly interesting. I will be taking more notice of what information is placed around.
