Really decent and friendly family owned rental company. We had rented a self contained campervan for six weeks (January-end of February 2023) for a really good price and insurance conditions. We definitely highly recommend the Campa South Family

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quick to respond during booking process. The van I requested was available when I went to pick up. Everything worked as it should. I rented their sleeper van, their smallest size about to be banned in a couple years due to new laws coming out. I really liked the compactness of the van making it so easy to park. Highly recommend working with Campa South Rentals and would definitely rent again from them!

Our experience with Campa South was phenomenal! Our van checked all of our boxes and moreit was a reliable vehicle, equipped with a comfy bed, stovetop + cooking supplies, and was certified self-contained. Things we loved about our experience: 1. Prompt Communication: Getting in touch with Campa South was easy with email and text. They gave us detailed descriptions for what to expect upon arriving to New Zealand. They always responded quickly before and during our journey! 2. Excellent costumer service: Susan and Graham went above and beyond expectations by picking us up from the airport, and providing thorough insight for sightseeing in New Zealand. 3. Van Aesthetic: Nondescript, white paint job that made the van less touristy and have more homey vibes. Would highly recommend and would rent from again on our next return!

We had a brilliant experience with Campa South Rentals, renting the Standard Hi-top for 10 days in total. This was the first time we had rented a campervan ever and Susan and Graham explained everything clearly to us, were friendly and very helpful with tips for things to see and weather apps for our time on the South Island. Graham then walked us around the campervan and showed us how it all worked. We were provided with everything we needed during our trip and had no issues at all. Everything was well designed, had its own place and was able to be secured whilst driving. The set-up transition between daytime seating and the bed at night was handy and easy. The bed was also very comfortable. The campervan was easy to drive and park too. We would 100% recommend Campa South to everyone coming to New Zealand, the campervan trip was the highlight of our NZ experience!

We had such a fantastic 3 week trip in a van from Campa South! The communication with Graham and Susan was always super helpful and prompt and the van was comfortable, clean and reliable. Would definitely choose Campa South in the future!
