Ordered a kilt hanger and it arrived in super quick time. And I am really pleased with the hanger - keeps the kilt pleats in great shape. The rubber grips on the clamps work well to not leave crimp marks on the kilt.

I have dealt with Gannaways on & off for several years and have always found them to be helpful and supportive. A few days ago, I needed to get hold of a couple of tiny rubber bands used on practice chanter reeds as mine had broken and the reed was constantly choking. I emailed Scott Shannon (Gannaways Manager) who replied very promptly that although he didn't have a full pack, just a few left over ones, he would send them straight away. Scott is constantly prompt with his replies and the products are high quality with service next to none. it is a pity that there are so few retailers who can match the customer service that Gannaways provides. I highly recommend Gannaways to anyone for anything related to piping, pipe bands etc.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY My father-in-law sent Gannaway various parts of his antique pipes (passed on to him by his father). Gannaway was supposed to help him with paper work etc and then send them off to Canada to be repaired. Over a year later, they have gone "missing". Countless phone calls, emails, and absolutely nothing has been done. We have no idea where they are or what's happened to them. Just a lot of excuses or passing the buck. Haven't been able to get a straight or honest answer from anyone about what has gone on with them, or where they are. These were family heirlooms, and they're gone, with no accountability from this company, and no attempts to rectify the situation at all. The hurt and anger this has caused my father in-law is immense. He has given up trying because it has been so long with no resolution, or continued empty promises by the owners. Absolutely criminal and abhorrent behaviour by this company. A terrible shame.
