The service at this mechanic was very nice but unfortunately the mechanic itself was completely incompetent. We got them to check our rental cars battery and fridge, with the result of us driving four hours to Queenstown just to find out that what he told us was wrong. Could have saved a lot of time and money if he would have done his job correctly.

Be very careful if you buy petrol or diesel from this company. I recently visited this establishment as I needed diesel for my van. They do not display the price on the forecourt except on the fuel pump. I was charged $2.999 for a litre of diesel if this was displayed I would never have purchased from here. Most other petrol stations are selling for $2.20 to 2.30. I feel totally ripped off. Avoid this place at all cost. Update 15/3/23 I made repeated calls to this company and not once did they return my calls. They never had any intention to resolve this issue. Overall the customer service has got to be the worst I have ever experienced with a company. Their ability to be upfront and honest and deal with the issue in a professional manner has been extremely disappointing. Being deceitful over a small amount of money is unbelievable. Failure to return my calls and then to make excuses rather than apologise again shows how little they value customer service. So if you end up with an issue dealing with this company be aware you will get no customer service and the owners will probably hide behind the counter hoping the problem will go away. Unfortunately Google wont let me give them a zero rating - if that was possible they would get that score. Update 16/04/2023 I finally got an email response and was refunded $19.42, still makes their diesel the most expensive in NZ. No apologies, maybe its not in their nature to say sorry. Still would never do any business with this company.
