The 2 previous reviews are accurate , I was attempting to buy new jandals/sandals as the chemist/pharmacy who had the Moana Road jandals/thongs I'd seen the day before were closed on a public holiday Friday. Thought I would try Mackenzie Lotto Plus?? I have been into this shop last year and purchased a bag. I must have been wearing the wrong generically boring cheapish linen look women's ensemble, silly me! I had just been fishing for salmon and had casual attire that day. The reception from the 2 women behind the counter was cold and straight out of the text book snobbery 101 curriculum. Ha it reminded me of Prue & Trude from Kath & Kim. Classic old school snooty, I did say hello as I walked past the counter 1 darker haired women managed to force out a greeting while the other grey haired women turned her head away. Wow such poor saleswomanship ladies! You need to lift your game with some civil reception and better manners would be helpful. Or keep up the Prue & Trude routine for loss of sales and poor customer experience if that's what's working for you and your potential sales? I was looking to purchase from this shop but will spend my $$ elsewhere and tell my friends and family not to shop here. Maybe rebrand to a more accurate "Mackenzie Lotto Minus" Better living everyone!
