Lakeland Explorer

We enlisted the services of Lakeland Explorer for our wedding charter recently and could not fault the service provided. Jill was very easy to communicate with and our guests were picked up directly from and returned to their homes safely and on time.

I uses a voucher I won at the Twizel fire brigade fund-raiser, my sister and I hired an e bike for a day, we biked to Ohau from Twizel, heaps of battery left on the bike, the bike was in super good condition and easy to use. Jill was really informative and gave us maps and all the gear we needed. I recommend Lakeland Explorer it was an awesome experience!

One of the best bike rides of both of our lives! Jill was attentive and helpful setting us up and making sure we were safe, comfortable and happy with our e-bikes before setting us off on our adventure. We felt so taken care of! Shes responsive, kind, prompt and a wonderful help with advice on the exact trip that would fit what we were looking for. On top of all that the A20 ride from Twizel to Lake Pukaki and back is breathtaking. I honestly felt such a crazy mix of a sense of movie scene adventure and such peace and tranquility! Hard to explain, best to experience!!

Our family recently did two day trips with Lakeland Explorer. Jill was an absolute pleasure to deal with - her communication in advance was excellent and she is very personable. We had a little mechanical issue the second day, but it was no issue for her to pick us up in a jiffy. The suggested A2O trails we're great too. Overall, highly recommend!

10000/10 would recommend Lakeland explorer. Jill helped us arrange transport for our wedding and did such an incredible job. Was so organised and efficient. All of our guests were blown away by the convenience of lakeland explorer.
