        The accomodation we stayed did not meet the expectation. If it was just one or two things I would have personally let it slide but it was few things that made the overall experience dissatisfying. The MOST disappointing part is how this company handles complaint. The team decided to ignore my email so I had to do a follow up call which they informed me they will get to me but they never did. This is not professional and I would avoid using a company that treats their customer like this.
