This firm are excellent to deal with for help with home plumbing repairs. This time, I contacted them by phone, from my work, and came home two days later to find the repairs all done. I would strongly recommend them to local (South Canterbury), customers.

The work that was done was good. However, there are a few issues. It took ages to get the work done, weeks (even after allowing for lockdown), they are not responsive and very hard to get hold off (multiple calls and emails, took almost a month at one point to finally make contact), the invoicing also took almost 2 months, and the biggest issue is that after receiving the invoice and asking for a specific breakdown to outline the costs, the owner called and was very angry and unfriendly. I want to support local, but the service was just awful unfortunately.
