From experience I would advise home buyers to get any claims made by Julie-Anne in writing. That includes supposed quotes for repairs or claims about other bidders. Response to owner: The REA struggles to extract more than a vague apology without written evidence of the false claims. Hence the advice to future buyers. As for the timing this is where the agent in question was working around the end of the complaints process and I fail to see what has changed to make the information less relevant.

What a couple of magicians. Moving house is not always easy and is full of highs and lows, but Dionne and Jules handled these like the seasoned professionals they are. From the creation of very professional literature and video, through to handling negotiations of the sale. I refer to them as a couple of magicians as each time someone dropped out or decided our house wasnt for them, out popped another rabbit, sorry, I mean potential buyers. In the current red hot property market you honestly can't go past the Red Hot team of Dionne and Julieanne. We had the pleasure of having them sell our home recently. They were honest, supportive and professional whilst being down to earth and kept things real for us. They communicated everything quickly and understandably and made us feel at ease throughout the whole process. We can't thank them enough for going above and beyond and helping us achieve our goal.
