Pretty neutral on the overall work completed. Bathroom walls were not finished with appropriate Gib (ie aqualine) and have grown mold. Some small sections of tiling are not square and are ungrouted. Plasterer subcontractor failed to use adequate dropsheets and timber floors were covered in plaster. Leak repair to garage roof still leaks, albeit much less than previously. Quote was also incorrect as GST wasnt correctly calculated which added another few hundred on. However wardrobe spaces are fine and doors which were added are still square and true. Tim has worked with me on a few projects including a stellar kwila deck and a complete bathroom/laundry remodel. His workmanship is excellent. He's on-time, very honest with quoting and understood the brief perfectly. Not living in NZ, he kept me in the loop with photos and up to date with progress regularly which I appreciated.
