I have been seeing Marina for help with Elhers Danlos Syndrome problems. Ive had cranio for a long term whiplash injury, difficulty breathing deep and a chronically swollen tongue. The improvement in these in one session has given me great relief. My tongue has been inflamed for months with MCAD. Today its back to normal. Im so so grateful.

Marina's pregancy yoga was the best I had been too (I found it in my second pregnancy). Perfect balance of stretching and strengthening, I always felt better physically after her classes and slept better! And always felt confident in her vast and extensive knowledge of what is safe in pregnancy. Her massage I can't speak highly enough of! Again the best pregancy massage I have had! So relaxing. All of her advice and knowledge really helped and contributed, I believe, to a better labour with my second. Thanks again Marina!

Cannot recommend Marina highly enough. Her expertise and recommendations for all things pregnancy and labour are fantastic. I have attended her pregnancy yoga classes, her birth prep class and had a pregnancy massage. A must do for any North Canterbury Mum, Marina educates and leaves your empowered for the journey ahead!
