        Im having a nightmare time with this vet service overcharging me triple time and kms fir a 20 min vet visit, with one of their female horse vets lying about time spent with me! management has said she has now admitted it was an hr not 1.5hrs, which is still incorrect, and charging me full mileage when the callout was for 3 different clients, which mileage should be shared. Still didnt get a diagnosis or treatment., vet had no idea. AVOID! TRIPLE DIP VETS! Dont seem interested in a fair resolution for me, and havent picked up the phone to call me? Im paying what the correct bill should be and lodging in disputes tribunal for disputed account. More hassle than service here! Appalling!

        Our dog Chester, an English stringer spaniel, broke his tail in April 2023. Chester was rushed into the rangiora vets to get checked out, we had everything explained to us and chester had surgery within the hour. I can't thank the rangiora team enough for all there help and support. Chester is doing well. All thanks to the rangiora team. Thank you again from Paula and Mark. Xoxo
