Have you ever had a chat with somebody for 4 hours, fill out stupid 10-pages forms? And eventually they advise for 40% deposit as a minimum option? Absolute idiot! I found myself a lender with 10% . Not just Tony, Brad Roach from another company is the same. It looks most of the brokers know absolutely nothing. I tried to learn them about my 6 months exprience. Guys, work and study!

I have had experience with these guys for both mortgage and insurance and they do an absolutely outstanding job. They explain everything to you so that you properly understand, they assist with every step of the way, they are fantastic with communication through the stages and really help out and go over and above when you need them to get some strings pulled to get things moving along. I dealt directly with Richie for Mortg and Pete for Insurance. Both truly lovely guys who are professional and I felt really comfortable with and knew they had my best interests at heart. They're passionate about their job and ensuring that their clients are happy.
