Disappointing and unprofessional. Had started communicating with Phil in October and had seemed awesome. Had organised to get collected from the airport, hire their car, and met up with friends. Kept in contact and confirmed and all seemed good until night before we were due to leave home (early Jan) when received an email from Clare cancelling it all - no apology, no alternatives. Left us high and dry at the last minute. Not impressed.
