Gisborne Bank

Twice now I've tried to get a home loan, and both times Graham White has been distinctly unhelpful. Frank Erceg is really great though.

They won't give me an ATM card because I don't have ID. I can't get ID because I have money sitting in the bank and can't withdraw it. Messed up, much?
