        The installers placed the blower from the heat pump in a semi enclosed area which is directly beside the front door entrance. It either blows freezing cold air or suffocating hot air directly at those entering the house and serves to condensate all the windows while being very noisy. I will be considered ntacting Fenn refrigeration to help get sorted appropriately.

        Called Fenn Refrigeration for a oven repair. They came for approximately half an hour, checked and assessed the oven. Then I get the bill... $132.54 including CFPW House call fee whiteware minimum charge for $113.00. Nobody communicated it upfront, saw that first on the bill. I definitely do not recommend this Supplier. They definitely need to improve in the communication. Also, just called admin, explained how I feel and they just did nothing. This was the first and last time I engaged them. Not happy at all.

        Really great service. The technician who repaired my washing machine was very polite, informative about different electrical issues, regarding washing machines, mine in particular. A very accomodating organisation and customer satisfaction, focused and the Electrical Technicians name was Paul.

        These guys are amazing and I will from now on go nowhere else in Gisborne. They were incredibly responsive, helpful, accommodating and generous when I needed a fridge and needed it NOW!
