Affordable vehicle rental. Friendly staff. All inclusive pricing, makes for easier rental budgeting. Have used before and will continue to hire through this business as nothing else compares in Gisborne or out of town!!

There are some people that are just in the wrong job. The proprietor of Gisborne Rentals should not be in a business requiring the demonstration of customer service and empathy. I dont think I have ever been treated as rudely as this individual treated us. His behaviour would suggest that he considers customers to be a nuisance and impediment. We travelled to Gisborne for a family celebration for the weekend, with guests joining us from all over the world. Gisborne turned it on, and we enjoyed excellent service and hospitality from establishments like The Senator Motor Inn, The Vines, The Works, Flagship Caf and The PBC caf. The staff at these establishments did Gisborne proud with the level of service and care. It is a shame that a poorly run business such as Gisborne Rentals detracted from what was otherwise a most enjoyable weekend. Dont go anywhere near this business if you value customer service.
