My Haloumi melted into a big blob ? I like to put some slices in a salad but colour it first in the frying pan. It turned into a big blob of melted separated cheese ??

Waimata camembert cheese bought recently at Rotorua fairy springs countdown, opened same day it was bought but was not impressed by the brine coating as can be seen in the picture supplied cheese was good after scraping away the brown mold. The cheese should have consistent white mold all around. Obviously the process of coating is not done correctly. Will purchase once more of same will change to another brand.

Waimata do not stand behind their products. I had a blown feta which the sales manager explained was most likely wild yeast in the packaging. Although it was a great explanation, there was no offer to replace or refund. Hence the lasting impression Waimata products are flawed and a waste of money.

This is our best cheese brand in NZ. I and my wife are looking for quality cheeses by the time we are traveling over 1 year from South to North, it was hard to find out, we often disappointed someway somehow and even almost tired to have NOT real cheeses. Yet finally, on Saturday market in Gisborne, we discovered our favorite ones which are inspired by French cheese culture (from their web site) !!!! Their Big sliced Blue cheese, that was only $7( that something rare to see this kind of price like them. So we could think their idea a bit from the "fare" price like " they want customer to taste by offering affordable price like France" ), was gone in 3 days !!!!! We couldn't stop eating. The very next day since we finished the cheese, We decided to visit the company to tell "how incredible cheeses they are creating !!". The guy who said "I'm making it" smiled us purely. We love Waimata cheese including people who also love cheese and put their love in it. We highly recommend this local brand !!!
