Disgusting practice, My daughter missed her appointment by circumstances out of our control, we were told we weren't able to rebook her appointment and to find another dentist. What a joke, life happens and circumstances change daily, do not recommend this dentist.

Absolute worst. We rang twice to confirm our appointments. Travelled 1.5hrs to come here only to find out the admin didnt book one of us in and the other was only a booking for a 10 minute consultation.So we travelled all this way for nothing. Should charge you guys for fuel!!!

Just a day before a trip to Q'town for my b'day with friends & whanau my front tooth broke & fell out....not a great look lol Bevan was slammed with clients but the staff squeezed me in at such short notice & he did an absolutely amazing job as always! Ng mihi.

Had an appointment booked by the receptionist, and when i arrived on the appointment date given, i was turned away and told I would have to wait a month to make another appointment due to being short staffed (Today). Absolutely terrible customer service. And super unprofessional. Do not waste your time or money here whanau
