        I have been coming to power plates/reformer for a couple of years now and absolutely love it !! Becs, Keely, Zoe, Liv and Jodi are all professional at what they do, and having had a shoulder injury they made sure that the exercises I was given worked for me. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming and they make the best Vanilla pre work out smoothies. Best & quickest 30/45 minute exercise classes !! Always walk out feeling so good
