        Have ordered from their online store before no issues. Recently placed an order on the 12th of Jan. Got an email to state order received & to awaiting shipping details. These details never came. About 3 weeks later I followed up with an email, never heard back. Messaged them on Facebook, took a couple days for them to respond. They eventually emailed me asking if I wanted it to be sent or a refund. I asked for a refund. Never received an email back regarding how long it will take for the money to come through. Been a week now and still waiting. Have sent another email and facebook message trying to follow this up! Not a great experience wont be ordering again.
