        The moment you step inside you feel at home where Kylee & Karims hospitality is very welcoming. They took me through all the details of my first float before I started my relaxing 45 min session. I left feeling relaxed and recovered and noticed my sleep had improved a lot the next few nights.         We had a couples teeth whitening session. At the start I was a little nervous, but as soon as I got in the chair and flicked on Netflix the time went by very quickly! I didn't actually think my teeth were that bad, so looking at the results I was very happy, has made a huge difference to my smile! Thank you Rest Float & Spa!

        Visited Rest Float Spa & Wellness Centre for the first time. They offer a range of services i.e. infrared sauna, normatec leg compression therapy. I had a float for 45 minutes for the first time and it truly was a therapeutic experience. The setting was lovely and serene, warm welcoming staff and helpful.
