Their perserverance in completing the survey of my property. Always professional, willing to meet at dopey times if I was out of town (so this took a wee while to complete). I always received detailed explanations whether written or verbal about my choices and what the expectations were to complete my resource consent - it wasn't just about compliance. Kevin and Diane are both very supportive and informative. We are going through the process of a Maori land partition which is somewhat complex.
