Paper Plus Gisborne

Today was my first time visiting paper plus for mailing purposes and I must say, Im very grateful I did. I was getting ready to mail an important courier parcel to my embassy when I forgot to put a return address on my prepaid package. Not only did the very kind and helpful personnel there help me by digging through the mail bag and fishing out my package but she also helped me edit and get it sent off post haste without any worry. She didnt have to do that at all and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. Definitely coming back here for my mail needs and passing this kindness forward in the future. Thank you!

I don't go into Paper Plus often but when I do, as I did this afternoon 7 Sept 22 with my teenage grand daughter, I have always received great service, the ladies are always helpful with a smile in their eyes...thank you ladies.

Lost post item. Wouldn't ship from here. Not a cheap mistake but as they didn't give a receipt there is no way to locate the item. Really poor service.

HORRIBLE customer service. All the staff are incredibly rude. I felt like a was annoying her. It is not the first time. I am a regular customer. I've had enough. They should do some yoga! smile and say thank you to the customer, because they have a job thanks to them. To be honest they should not be in customer service , they don't have any qualifications for it.
