Been waiting for a overnight package since Thursday when my partners standard post package turns up this morning. Wake up gisborne. They had it all day Friday and took it back to the depot. And they have it right now as well.

Highly frustrated ordered something for overnight on Wednesday night. Thursday was updated that parcel delayed and theyre gonna get my package back in track. Friday came still no delivery. Come Saturday its waiting for the local driver. Why offer overnight service if you cant commit to it?

I went to buy a book that wasn't on the shelf , so I politely asked the kind young lady at the counter. She said that's all they had , but remembered another staff member talking about such the book that I was looking for. She went to ask her staff assistant, and came back with 2 books to choose from. I was so grateful that she was able to help and appreciative as well , Thank You Ladies

Usually use another post shop in Gisborne, however this was on route for what I had to do for day, first time trying to post packages through them. Wouldn't go back, overcharged(send loads of packages weekly) also a rude and dismissive team member.
