        I ordered a crispy chicken meal with rice and salad, then "upgraded" to add chips. However this meant I lose the rice and just got chips. I fail to see how exchanging something which is a similar price on the menu for another one justifies a 4.50 fee. I think an upgrade with a button saying +chips would imply you add chips to the existing meal not lose the rice. Ridiculous. How is swapping chips for rice, both cost the same on the menu an upgrade? I understand the definition of upgrade, swapping chips for rice which you're already paying for is not an upgrade. You could just order it with rice, then order a side of chips, same price and you have both. Go figure.
