        Bed was broken. Had booked fold out couch for kids but on arrival couch was broken and advised that kids should "top and tail". Not for that price! Way over priced. Probably by 70%. Stayed in much better places in Rotorua, Napier, Taupo and Auckland but this was by far the most unkept and poorly cleaned while being more expensive! I guess they ramped up the prices for their high season, which you understand, but some effort towards cleanliness and professionalism to match the price is an equal output of capitalism. Would not recommend. But, if it is the only bed left for a short notice change of itinerary then expect to be disappointed.
