        Always a great beach for sand, swim and surf. Late beach cleanup however, meant the entire beach was choked with driftwood. A small toilet facility nearby. Lots of parking. Nice ice cream and bubble tea shop by beach. Huge playground plus tennis courts along beach. Fantastic walking paths and boardwalk along the beach. An iconic Gisborne beach!!
