Worst pharmacy in Gisborne. Terrible customer service!! I had asked for help but the lady had no idea about any treatments and spoke very rude. Only worth one star because they at least had the product I was after otherwise I would give the big doughnut

I gave a review yesterday because I need help for my son and it got deleted so here's another one. Receptionist rude and careless. Apart from a lady names Annette now shes amazing. The rest always put me on hold when it's my turn to be in the queue i wait for always at least an hour on hold they pick up 20 minutes after say hello. Pretend I'm not there and hang up while Im talking asking to book an appointment this happen yesterday twice in a row around 12. I need your guys help not disrespect just because yous dont feel like talking. And worst is yous delete my review yesterday why do yous need to cover up the fact yous are just hiring young staff with no experience, no communication skills, and no rumorse for other people's healthcare. Like yous get paid to pick up a phone least you can do is answer it yous are just being bullys and making health care look like a joke . That's why your pay rates went down because of poor service.and rudeness
