When I started with Pavlina my posture was not the best. I had tightness of the neck and shoulders and quite the jelly belly. Since starting the sessions I have noticed a big difference. My shoulders arent so rounded, my head and neck sit in a better stronger position and my tummy is toned up a lot. My lower back and pelvis are strenghtening into a better position as well. Pavlina makes the classes enjoyable and not a torture session. She is amazing at what she does. We are lucky in Gisborne to have her. 5 stars from me.

From years of sitting behind a desk I had noticed my posture was terrible and I was having a lot of problems with muscle tightness in shoulders, neck, lower back and after trying various treatments that may relieve me for a while it never fully fixed the problem so decided to give the Spiral Stabilisation method a try and the results are incredible! Before and After photos I had done with Pavlina speak for themselves. I now feel like my body is "free" and have noticed my posture has changed incredibly and have full range motion again in my hips, neck, back and shoulders. Pavlina is a great instructor and I am so glad she came to Gisborne! Pavlina also comes to the office where I work and takes us for group sessions and the results for everyone have been great. Definitely glad I gave it a go and I won't be stopping this form of treatment!
