Can i give zero stars......customer service on phone is digusting ..work on that please. Pizza not even cooked..raw dough.

It's Friday night, and it's busy. I visited Pizza Hut Gisborne and purchased an extra large Hawaiian with cheesy bites. My order was taken and paid for, and I started my wait. More than twenty minutes later I was told that I can't have cheesy bites on an XL pizza. You'd think that would have been pointed out when I ordered, but unfortunately not. I was then asked if I'd like a large Hawaiian with cheesy bites instead. I replied with a yes and the cashier gave me the difference in cash. About 25 minutes later my name was called out and I was handed a cheese pizza! I protested that I wanted an Hawaiian and was told that they don't do XLs with cheesy bites. I explained that I knew this and had ordered the large instead. After many confused looks from the manager (I assume) and the cashiering, I was offered a refund for the difference. Obviously I told them to stick it and left with a cheese pizza and a load of cold Chinese food I'd ordered almost an hour before. I've genuinely never seen such incompetence in a long time. Avoid this place at all costs. I rarely visit Pizza Hut and that experience will ensure my visits will be even fewer and further apart.
