I rang Ray White Thursday afternoon as I needed a Rental Appraisal done by Friday. Hamish called me back promptly, I emailed some photos that afternoon and my appraisal came through early Friday morning. Monica from Raywhite Gisborne went above and beyond in every way possible and I can't praise her enough for the great job she did to sell our home. Our house was on the market for 32 days which included 7 or so without wifi while Gisborne experienced a cyclone and the aftermath. Monica's communication was exceptional. Being very busy Monica respected the fact I couldn't take phone calls and texted with updates regularly which was appreciated. She was always contactable and no task was ever too much! What could have been such an overwhelming experience was made so simple with Monica and I truly can't recommend her enough! Thank you Monica!

We had a very good experience with Hamish and Pia at Gisborne branch. They were very professional and thorough with the whole process of moving in and moving out. They kept us up to date with every step of the process. Every time we spoke, either face to face or over the phone, they were kind and calm. We really appreciate their work ethic.
