July 11th, 2022, Kane attended an excessive noise complaint of our neighbors from our property, which he acknowledged was indeed excessive, and would be contacting the police to seize the speaker from these tenants. 4 hours later, no change, and the speaker is still blaring. Come the next morning via contacting GDC, Kane had lied on his report and to us, stating there was no excessive noise. To lie to the people you are supposed to serve is abhorrent and unacceptable. Would not recommend these guys to change a lightbulb, they are that incompetent.
