Getting told to rub shampoo on your backside is rude for a police to say to someone getting sent to prison

Last week a couple who spun out and did some damage to their car arrived on our door step at Accommodation Ahi Kaa. The accident occurred on the East Coast in an area that had no internet signal so they couldn't ring for help. Luckily a couple of police officers both named Richard, stopped and organised their car which was towed back to Gisborne and then brought to our place. I wanted to thank Richard and Richard for helping this lovely couple out. Nga mihi ki a korua.
